T&C’s:
Bookings confirmed with a pre-payment: We do not offer refunds on any payments made. If you’d like to reschedule your booking, we ask for at least 10 days notice and is subject to availability.
• In the instance that you need to amend your event date, the venue will do their best to accommodate where possible dependent on availability and time frame, but this cannot be guaranteed.
• We will hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes past your booked arrival time. Please note that after this time we cannot guarantee your table will still be available.
• If you are running late or you need to contact the team to discuss your booking, please respond to your confirmation email or email us at bookings@circesrooftop.co.uk.
• All seating requests will be noted, however we cannot 100% guarantee a specific area.
• All reserved area bookings are a base area made up of majority standing space. We aim to seat up to 30% of the group.
• All pre-ordered items and minimum spends must be paid for in advance of your booking and pre-ordered at least 2 weeks ahead of your booking date.
• All pre-ordered food and drinks are only redeemable on the day of your booking/event and are not transferable including bar tabs, drink tokens andunlimited drinks packages.
• A 10% service charge will be added to all pre-ordered items.
• We operate a strict 18 and over policy. All guests must show a valid form of photo ID on arrival. Failure to do so may result in you being refused entry.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry and / or stop serving at managers discretion.
• We do not allow re-entry.
• Please note we are a cashless bar and only accept card payments.
• Please note, it is step access only up to the rooftop.
• We operate a smart casual dress code. We do have decking floor in the venue so please bear this in mind when choosing footwear
Wet Weather Policy:
• We are a rooftop venue that remains open come rain or shine! Equipped with partially covered areas, ponchos and good vibes all around your booking will always go ahead. In the instance that we are unable to accommodate your booking due to bad weather, we will contact you ahead of your arrival time.
• During the winter months (October-April) we are a fully covered and heated rooftop.
